Training & Expertise

RVT place high value on the continuous professional development of our staff.

We believe there are two key benefits to our comprehensive training approach; staff can develop their skills and enrich their careers, and it also enables RVT to provide the best possible service to our customers.

The RVT Academy

RVT Group recently launched an internal training programme called 'The RVT Academy'. This programme includes training on various site hazards and the science behind the most effective control solutions.

It also encourages self-led research which enables the team to expand their understanding of occupational hygiene, in order to properly anticipate, recognise, evaluate and control hazards on site.

More About the RVT Academy

Upon joining RVT, all staff complete a thorough induction process which includes product training as well as role specific training. Our team also receive training on; H&S legislation, best practice guidance, engineering controls, applications & challenging environments, project management and much more.

We run weekly inhouse training sessions which are open to all staff members, as well as offering them the opportunity to undertake external certifications. It is our aim for everyone to have had at least 25 hours of CPD training per year, so that they can feel confident in their role and provide the best possible support to our customers.

Qualified LEV Engineers

RVT Group offer an extensive range of dust and fume control equipment, and every LEV unit undergoes a Thorough Examination and Test (TExT) before it is approved to go out on hire. We maintain a record of TExT certificates and can provide copies upon request. Learn more about RVT's TExT process.

In addition to this, we have a number of fully qualified and experienced LEV engineers. We hope that this level of expertise & service gives our customers the confidence that their workforce are being properly protected from hazards on site, in line with COSHH.
