2021 has been a busy year so far as the RVT Team work to grow their skillsets.

Staff Training
Here at RVT, we are advocates of continuous professional development and are proud of our team members who eagerly develop their skills year on year. We believe that by supporting our staff to improve their knowledge and skillsets, it enhances the service and experience we can deliver to our customers.
To that end we would like to congratulate our staff who have been embarking on the following training;
All of us at RVT are passionate about protecting long-term health on site, and we always endeavour to provide a 5-star experience for our clients. This was proven in our most recent customer survey (Dec 2020), where 99% of customers agreed that RVT staff are knowledgeable, friendly and honest.
We would like to thank all of our team members, across all departments, for developing their technical knowledge and delivering outstanding customer service every day.
Living the RVT Values
We are also underpinned by our six company values that were developed to help, encourage, and inspire staff members to give 100% every day. These values are; Deliver Excellence, Can Do Attitude, Respect for All, Enthusiastic and Positive, Honest and Accountable and Care for Others.
In 2020, RVT Group scored an impressive 85% in our Great Place to Work survey that we follow-up with quarterly Great Place to Work Events. During our April 2021 event we celebrated each team’s dedication to upholding our company values, which was a motivational boost for everyone involved. All our staff members fully embrace and work by our values, but we regularly award those who go above and beyond. Before our Great Place to Work Event, staff members voted anonymously for who they thought best showcased these individual values, and the following well-deserved winners were announced:
