RVT offer a modular water treatment system called EnviroHub®. As the system is modular we can build a system to your exact requirements; whether you need a concrete wash-out system, a Lamella settlement tank to remove silt, or a pH Neutralising tank to correct acidity/alkalinity. We also offer in-stream monitors to measure the turbidity and quality of water being discharged, to ensure compliance with environmental permits.

DEEEs stands for Diesel Engine Exhaust Emissions; which is a dangerous mixture of gases, vapours, liquid aerosols and particles. If you are using plant machinery older than Euro V, it is likely that you will need to attach a diesel particulate filter (DPF) to the exhaust to remove harmful particulate. RVT stock wide a range of heavy duty diesel particulate filters for machinery such as excavators, loaders, generators, compressors and more.

If you are working on a top-down construction project, you will need to ventilate the basement levels using positive pressure ventilation systems. RVT offer a wide range of high pressure centrifugal and axial fans offering airflows of up to 120,000m³/h.

Gases, fumes and vapours are extremely hazardous to health; acute exposure could cause headaches, dizziness, sickness and breathing difficulties, while longer-term exposure could lead to cancer, lung disease or heart disease. It is therefore imperitive that dangerous particles are extracted at source and that fresh air is forced into the work area to dilute any residual airborne contaminants. RVT Group offer a wide range of fume extraction equipment that has been specifically designed to control welding fume, solvent vapours, carbon fumes & other VOCs.

RVT Group are specialists in dust control and have a variety of dust extraction solutions for all different types of dusts, including silica dust, wood dust and lead dust.

Silica dust (RCS) is being likened to asbestos; it is highly dangerous and must be controlled using a HEPA filtration kit. Hard woods, soft woods and composite materials such as MDF, all present a risk which needs to be managed with the appropriate LEV extraction unit (M-Class or H-Class). Lead is typically found in paints and pipes, so if you are cutting, grinding, blasting, sanding or paint stripping, you need to protect yourself from lead poisoning.

Breakers, grinders, compressors, generators and other plant machinery can create excessive noise on construction sites. RVT Group therefore offer a variety of acoustic machinery enclosures and permimeter noise barriers that reduce noise by up to 59.9dB and 32.9db respectively. View our noise control products here.
