As awareness continues to grow around occupational ill-health & environmental sustainability, so does the demand for our services. 1993

Trading as ‘Rentatool’, we won our first long-term contract for basement ventilation at Thames House (better known as the MI5 building).

1996

Roger Dupont and Phil Dupont joined the team. Later that year, we launched our first signature product, ‘The Dust Gobbler’, which is the ancestor of today’s ‘DustMaster’.

2004

Roger Dupont, Phil Dupont and Tim Chattell purchased the company assets and established ‘Rentavent’ as a separate legal entity.

2005

The ‘DustMaster’, a new improved version of ‘The Dust Gobbler’, was launched.

2009

The SOUNDEX® range was significantly extended to meet growing customer demand.

2012

Rentavent Limited was incorporated on 12th January 2012, and Roger’s sons, Phil Dupont, Tim Dupont, Julian Hayward and Tim Chattell, became directors.

2016

The company changed its name to RVT Group on 12th April 2016.

2018

RVT Group started offering MONITEX® environmental monitoring solutions (dust, noise, gas, vibration).

2020

On the 31st December 2019, Roger Dupont retired from his position as MD, and Phil Dupont took over effective from 1st January 2020. Later that year, RVT introduced the DUSTEX® DustMaster® Pro, with a brand-new look, as well as improved airflow and dust filtration. During the Covid-19 pandemic, RVT continued supporting key infrastructure projects and still managed to increase turnover by over £1m. We also opened our first Australian office in 2020.

2022

RVT Group expanded their environmental solutions and launched the brand-new EnviroHub® water management system. We also opened a brand-new sales office in Dartford on the Crossways Business Park (Jct.1A, M25).

2024

RVT Group was named the 14th fastest growing company in Kent, and a new Executive Team was formed to propel growth even further over the next 3-5 years. RVT Group became officially Carbon Neutral in 2024, and we also opened a brand-new 35,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Sheffield.

2025

In January 2025, RVT created four internal business units (Construction, Infrastructure, Industry and Defence) to better support customers with specialist requirements. We also opened a US entity in Virginia.

2026

We officially opened our brand-new head office in Aylesford, Kent (Jct. 5, M20), which will feature a state-of-the-art training facility. We were also awarded a 'MegaGrowth' certificate for being the 8th fastest growing company in Kent!
