Royal Albert Dock Project

RVT Group was delighted to attend the prestigious Multiplex Royal Dock project, in the London Borough of Newham, and showcase our range of equipment that helps protect the health of site workers.

This exciting project began in 2017 and is due for completion, in its entirety, by 2026. A huge development that covers terrain the size of 35 football pitches, it will become home to a new business district, shops, cafes, apartments, as well as opening up the dockside promenade. It is predicted to be London's third business and financial district, after the City of London and Canary Wharf.

As being located close to London City Airport, the Royal Albert Docks and the Docklands Light Railway, there are understandably many health hazards to take into consideration when undertaking the considerable work involved.

From the project's initial excavation right through to build completion, dust, noise and fumes must be tightly managed to avoid harming the health of site workers and the general public nearby.
