For every completed NPS survey, we donate £2 to the fight against hearing loss

RVT are delighted to support The Royal National Institute for Deaf People (known from 2011 – 2020 as Action for Hearing Loss). The charity has now returned to their original name, first used in 1911, and has pledged to “make life fully inclusive for deaf people and those with hearing loss or tinnitus.”[1]
RNID work to support the 1 in 5 adults in the UK who are deaf or experience hearing loss, as well as the 1 in 8 people who suffer from tinnitus.[2] Their extensive free resources and tireless research help to improve the lives of many living with these conditions.
RVT have recently made a £2,420 donation to RNID, and this has been made possible by our customers; for every completed NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey evaluating our service, RVT will donate £2. Therefore, customers can rest assured that, not only are they providing us with valuable feedback, but they are doing their bit for charity too.
Fundraising is extremely important to RVT and we are pleased to support a wide range of charities that focus on the protection of long-term health and our environment. This is underpinned by our fourth core company value; respect and care for all.
