Thank you for Helping us Raise another £700 for British Lung Foundation

It's great to see so many of our customers returning to site; you are the backbone of our economy and we are pleased to be supporting you with so many key projects across the UK!

To support and protect our site workers from the risks associated with COVID-19, RVT added additional products to our core product range during the pandemic as part of our Return to Work campaign. These included disinfectant spray equipped with hose and spray gun, disposable sanitary stations, handwash basins and hand sanitizer stations. All of these products were created to ensure that CLC's Site Operating Procedures could be carried out effectively on site. The sales of these products have not only enabled our customers to return to work safely, but has also allowed RVT to donate a further £700 to the British Lung Foundation (BLF)!

The COVID-19 crisis poses a huge threat to all of us, but the symptoms can be especially severe for older people and those with pre-existing lung conditions. The BLF is one of the main organisations supporting people with occupational lung disease, and their support is currently in very high demand. The BLF is a charity very close to RVT’s heart and we want to do all we can to help. Last month we donated £2000 to this charity and, by protecting your site workers and supporting our Return to Work products, you have added an extra £700 to this figure. This money will now go towards The BLF supporting more people in their time of need.

Of course, the fund raising doesn’t stop there! Every year, RVT staff take part in the Couch to 5K challenge to raise more money for BLF and we would like to thank all of our customers and suppliers who have sponsored us so far. You can read more about this fundraising activity here.
