RVT Continues Rapid Expansion

RVT extends a very warm welcome to four new staff members – Selina Bassi, Laura Capp, Peter Betts and Jim Melvin – all of whom have joined the team since the start of the year.

Selina and Laura are the latest members of our valuable Business Development team, and will have responsibility for lead generation and telemarketing. Both have been brought on board to support new business development, and help ensure RVT's continued success in terms of economic growth and expansion.

Selina brings with her a significant level of sales management experience, and holds distinctions in both business management and marketing, as well as accounting qualifications.

Laura has previously worked in London and New York, and is experienced in the field of media management and international sales.

Peter joins our Finance team as a Finance Clerk, and has almost twenty years' experience of working in finance. Before joining us here at RVT, he was the Finance and Operations Assistant Manager at a specialist lighting manufacturer, and previously spent many years as a Finance Manager at the Ministry of Defence.

Jim has been appointed as our new Purchasing Manager. He has been brought into the management team and tasked with making sure that our purchasing system is as robust as it can be. Given RVT Group's current period of rapid expansion, it is essential that we have a manager in place to ensure all our purchasing processes and procedures are standardised, and are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible across the business.

Jim comes to RVT with a wealth of experience in distribution, sales and purchasing management, including key management positions at a market leading specialist in the design and manufacture of PPE.
