Preventing Lung Disease

The Breathe Freely Roadshows are back and, once again, we're proud to be the sole sponsor. Kicking off in Edinburgh on Thursday 8th November, you can now book your free place for the morning workshop where we'll be focusing on the prevention of lung disease in construction.

According to latest figures released by the HSE, there were approximately 5,500 new occupational cancer cases in construction, and astonishingly 3,500 deaths from occupational cancer in 2017.

These cases and deaths could have been prevented, simply by using the correct specialist equipment.

Supporting these Breathe Freely Roadshows are a high priority on the RVT event calendar, as the aim unequivocally aligns with our own: to live in a world where the impact of site work on life and health is effectively zero.
