Title: How to Implement a Health and Wellbeing Maturity Matrix on Site - One Size Doesn't Fit All!
Time and Date: 2pm, Thursday 9th Nov 2023
Presented By: Robert Cheeseman (Head of Health at Balfour Beatty) and Geraldine Brammer (Occupational Health Leader at Laing O’Rourke) - both current members of the HCLG.
‘One size doesn’t fit all’ is never truer than when discussing how businesses reach a good standard to progress in their delivery of a health and wellbeing strategy.
In this webinar, Rob and Gerry, who worked together at the time of its launch in Balfour Beatty, share their experience of the Health and Wellbeing strategy and Health and Wellbeing Maturity Matrix approach; explaining how this could be adapted and implemented by others.
Gerry will talk about the thought processes that went into the design and how they navigated some of the challenges.
Rob critically assesses the progress that Balfour Beatty have made with the matrix and ask; Has it worked? What were the challenges? Did people engage? What is next?
By sharing these insights into the launch of the Maturity Matrix, we hope that others in the construction industry may be able to implement, adopt and develop an approach that works for their organisation.
