Global Standard in H&S

After three days of extensive auditing, RVT Group is thrilled to have received the ISO 45001: 2018 Accreditation.

Launched on the 12th March 2018, ISO 45001 is the new international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) that provides a consistent benchmark around the globe, replacing the OHSAS 18001. Importantly, it enables us to manage risk and help ensure compliance with legislation to create a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and visitors.

We were eager to go through this process promptly when the new standard came into effect, to ensure all internal communications in relation to key health and safety messages were effective – one of the issues the new standard investigates. Our passion for protecting the lives of site workers through our range of specialist noise, dust and fume equipment doesn't stop there; we are equally zealous to promote and protect the physical and mental health of our employees. The knowledge that we have compliant systems in place to meet this standard is something we are enormously proud of.
