RVT Group are pleased to announce that we have raised £420 for Action on Hearing Loss, and we would like to thank our customers for providing their valued support.
25th January 2019RVT Group are pleased to announce that we have raised £420 for Action on Hearing Loss, and we would like to thank our customers for providing their valued support.
So how was the money raised? To ensure that our customer service levels remain at their very best, at the end of every hire, we ask our customers to give us feedback via a short survey. This survey not only determines our Net Promoter Score (NPS), but for every survey completed, we donate £2 to Action for Hearing Loss. So far we have received 210 responses, and have therefore donated £420 to Action on Hearing Loss.
In 2017/18 it was estimated that a staggering 21,000 labourers suffered from work-induced hearing problems (Labour Force Survey, HSE & ONS, 2018). In the same year, according to an HSE report published in 2018, there were also 70 new claims for work-related deafness. Here at RVT, protecting people's hearing is very close to our heart, and we know that these numbers can be significantly reduced if we continue to raise awareness about effective noise control on site.
We are also pleased to report that our NPS score is currently 68, which is excellent! Scores above 70 are considered 'world class' – which we hope to achieve in 2019! Once again, thank you for you continued support; we look forward to receiving more survey responses throughout 2019 and raising more money for charity!
