TExT, Regulations, and Legislation; An Introduction to LEV Compliance on Site

When working with LEV on site, it is essential that you remain compliant to avoid both fines and prosecution and, more importantly, to protect the health of those on and around site. Is the hazard control system protecting people effectively? Is it being used properly? What defines compliant and non-compliant use?

In this presentation, you will be introduced to the regulatory framework and how this affects you on site. You will learn about COSHH, the Hierarchy of Control, what LEV is, what TExT is and why it is so important. You will also learn about test reporting and its importance.
