Creating a Health-Conscious Culture on Site

Although the HSE have reported a reduction in injuries to construction and industrial workers on site in recent years, occupational health issues remain prevalent across the sector.

In this presentation, you will learn the importance of developing a health-conscious culture on site. We will discuss the definition of occupational hygiene, how the Hierarchy of Control can be used correctly and effectively, and the psychology behind behavioural decisions.

We will also take you through the MIM Model, the Swiss Cheese Model and recommend tangible actions that you can put in place to promote a health-conscious culture on your site.
