The VENTEX® Centrifugal Fan 300M is a highly versatile fan; it can either be configured to provide forced ventilation, or it can be configured as part of an LEV extraction system.
With an airflow of 6000m3/hr this unit is capable of putting a sealed work area under negative pressure. Airflow is maintained even when the fan is connected to a filtration unit or when used with very long lengths of ducting, making it ideal for a vast range of ventilation, extraction and filtration tasks.
The centrifugal design means the airflow does not pass over the motor, making it suitable for extracting hot, flammable or abrasive substances. As such, this unit is often used to extract diesel fumes from static plant such as diesel generators.
It is designed to suit 300mm intake and outlet ducting and can be configured to suit other duct sizes where necessary. The unit can also be used in conjunction with our popular DUSTEX® and RAVEX® filtration units. This unit also features wheels and handles, making it easy to move around site as work progresses.
