RVT offer a wide range of acoustic enclosures and dust extraction equipment, and by teaming these solutions together you can create a fantastic 'all-in-one' solution for dust, fume and noise control.
The most popular combination is our Soundex Acoustic Cutting Enclosure teamed with the Dustex Raptor HEPA Filtration unit; the acoustic material protects those working nearby from exposure to excessive noise levels, while the HEPA dust extraction unit protects workers from respiratory hazards such as silica dust.
The Soundex Cutting Enclosure is a stand-alone work zone that can be quickly erected on site. It features a cutting deck, side ports for long lengths of material, optional lighting and a vent for dust or fume control. Furthermore, thanks to the fire resistant material, Soundex Enclosures are suitable for working with hot or volatile substances. The dust extraction or fume extraction unit can be connected to the vent at the back of the cutting enclosure, as pictured below.
