How Will RVT Group Support the Australian Market?

Construction sites around the world struggle to adequately manage dust, fumes and noise on site, however with the right expertise and guidance, sites can install temporary health hazard control solutions that will provide effective protection for all those working on site or nearby. Having built a credible reputation with the UK’s largest construction companies, RVT Group have formed a local team of experts in Queensland to support the Australian market.

Whilst health and safety standards across the globe are improving, Work Safe Australia's latest reports indicate that:

• 39% of Australian workers were exposed to airborne hazards in the workplace.
• 23% of workers who reported being exposed to airborne hazards were not provided with adequate protective equipment.
• From 2001 – 2015 there were 65,300 accepted claims for deafness in Australia. This averages out at 4,700 a year. The primary cause that lead to this deafness was long-term exposure to excessive noise at work.
• Occupational diseases led to 10% of serious claims in 2014–15.

Ravex® can extract a range of different fumes, including welding fumes, paint fumes, vapours or other volatile substances. For exhaust fumes, our diesel filter kits are suitable for most mobile and static diesel plant and machinery and available in a variety of sizes. Ventex® Ventilation Solutions

We offer both Axial and Centrifugal fans; both of which have different benefits depending on the situation. These fans are robust, easy to install and specifically designed to maintain high pressure airflow over long duct runs. They are ideal for multiple applications, including tunnel and basement ventilation, and can also be paired with our Dustex® range to create negative pressure and prevent dust migration.
