Would you like to start a career at RVT Group? As a fast growing organisation, we are always looking for new talent.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, reliable, forward-thinking and who always strive to deliver excellence. From office based roles such as accounts, customer service and marketing, to hands-on roles such as warehouse operatives and engineers, you’ll find all of our vacancies on our job vacancy portal.
When you spend most of your hours at work it's important to feel valued and happy in your environment, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all staff members.
‘GBS’ is a bonus scheme, which offers staff a financial reward based on EBIT. All staff-members are enrolled onto this scheme when they join RVT Group. The scheme is intended to help staff understand their contribution towards business profitability, so they can help us make improvements in efficiency, which in turn benefits everyone.
In addition to the bonus scheme, the board of directors often organise rewards for staff, for example; hampers, meal kits or shopping vouchers. Promotions and salaries are reviewed regularly to ensure that those.
RVT Managers work with team members to create a tailored Annual Growth Plan (AGP) that incorporates role-specific training to enable staff to develop their skills and enrich their career. We have an extensive inhouse training programme (RVT Academy), but we also invest a huge amount into externally accredited courses.
We run two staff events each year which we call our ‘GPTW’ events - One is held in January to kick off the new objectives for the year, and one is usually held in the summer. The idea is to encourage cross-departmental networking & maintain good communication. We also run regular staff engagement surveys to gain feedback on how we can improve the working environment.
We have 5 company values that the RVT culture is based on, and we ask all staff to embrace these:
After successful completion of your probation period, you will automatically be enrolled into the pension scheme. You will also be given the choice to join our subsidised health insurance scheme.
We have a team of Mental Health First Aiders who organise health & well-being activities throughout the year. We also organise charity fundraising events for staff, such as photography competitions and ‘The Great RVT Bakeoff’. We also offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for anyone who requires access to additional support.
To protect the long-term health of people and the environment.
To achieve a world where the impact of site work on life, health and the environment is effectively zero.
We are already carbon neutral, but we aim to be Net Zero by 2029.
