The RAVEX® Paint Control Container is a self-contained, containerised Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) system created to support controlled spray, coating, paint, resin, vapour and solvent-related work where a permanent spray booth is impractical. The unit brings a dedicated working environment, downdraft capture, filtration and external extraction together in a mobile format that can be moved to the point of need.

- Mobile & Self-Contained: A 20ft containerised spray bay and LEV system that functions as a controlled, temporary work area, easily transportable via flatbed with no permanent fixing required.
- RAVEX Downdraft Capture: Creates a controlled downward airflow across the work surface to instantly draw contaminants away from the operator.
- Negative-Pressure Containment: Prevents escape by keeping spray mist, overspray, and hazardous vapours securely trapped within the working envelope.
- Staged Filtration: Advanced air cleaning via a G3 pre-filter and F9 pocket filter, with an optional HEPA H13 filtration route based on your configuration.
- VOC & Odour Control: Integrated activated carbon/Actisorb module effectively captures and controls vapours and odours during solvent-related tasks.
- ATEX-Rated External Extraction: Features a powerful external ATEX centrifugal fan arrangement (final airflow and power configurations confirmed at survey/commissioning).
