Maximum Flexibility

Features four extractor ports which connect to 100mm diameter ducting. The ducting can be further split into any number of extraction points creating a centralised vacuum system across a large project.

Modular

There are over 20 tools and nozzles available to attach to the flexi hose. This includes floor and table cleaning vacuum hoses and a hose reel on a stand, giving you the flexibility to tailor the solution to what your project requires.

Key Features and Applications

The DUSTEX® Clearblast® 1000 contains an integrated High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration system, the most efficient filter available on the market. To put its efficiency into perspective, it filters an impressive 99.97% of 0.3-micrometer air particles, meaning only 3 of every 10,000 particles make it through.

- Powerful airflow of up to 3000 m³/hr.
- Filtration is provided by a cyclonic separator and cartridge filter system.
- Automatic pulse jet cleaning, powered from an integrated compressor (150 PSI).
- Fail-safe valve system protects the pump system from overpressure.
- Extracting welding fumes and grinding dust during repairs to boilers, or furnaces.
