Just Launched: RVT's 2023 ESG Impact Report

As a growing company, we recognise our increasing environmental and social responsibilities. Our full report details everything we achieved over the course of 2023, but some of our key highlights are listed below:

• Our CO2e was calculated at 78.9 tonnes per £million turnover, a reduction of 22 tonnes per £million from 2022.
• A total of £495,900 was donated to charity.
• The directors continue to ensure that RVT is a ‘Great Place to Work’, as evidenced by our 2023 staff engagement score of 94%.
• 33% of RVT’s vehicles are now hybrid or fully electric.
• 99% of our waste was recycled.
• Over 400 pieces of equipment were refurbished.
• Over 400 online courses were completed by staff (supplied by online training providers iHasco and KnowBe4).
• We launched our internal training programme called 'RVT Academy'.
• We achieved an OTIF score of 95%.
• We achieved an NPS score of 80% keeping us firmly in the “excellent” category.
• We supported a variety of customer events and attended a number of exhibitions, including the Safety and Health Expo, the Healthcare Estates Event and the Listen Up! UKHCA Conference. We also delivered three of our own Action on Site Health events in Scotland and the North and South of England.
