A Review of RVT’s ESG Achievements in 2022

2023 marks the 30th Anniversary of RVT Group, and as a growing company we recognise our increasing environmental and social responsibilities.

Following the recent launch of our new ESG strategy, we thought it would be the ideal time to review what we have already achieved!

Each year we donate 2% of turnover to charity and in 2022 we donated over £370,000!
We planted 600 trees and offset 12 tonnes of CO2 emissions for customers.
Our end of year OTIF score was 96% and our end of year NPS score was 78%.
31% of RVT's vehicles are now hybrid or fully electric, and we have significantly reduced single use plastic and paper consumption.
The directors are keen to ensure RVT is a ‘Great Place to Work’, which is evidenced by our recent staff engagement scores of 94% (2023) and 88% (2022)!
RVT has always championed continuous professional development and in 2022 over 370 courses were completed by staff.
R&D are continuously developing new solutions and seeking sustainable options from third parties. Eg. Envirohub Water Treatment, HVO fuel, Solar Powered Monitors, Hydrogen Fuel Cells and much more.
We always repair and recycle equipment, which improves resource cycles and reduces waste, and therefore reduces our impact on the environment.
We regularly attend exhibitions, seminars and customer days to help share best practice across our industry.
