£500 Donated to Rewilding Britain

Charity & ESG

RVT Group's Annual Photography Competition - The Results Are In!

In March, the RVT team once again embraced the great outdoors for a good cause, dusting off their cameras and taking part in our annual wildlife photography competition.

Team members were encouraged to spend time outside capturing eye-catching photographs of nature and wildlife, with a donation made to Rewilding Britain for every photo submitted. The competition ran throughout March and concluded in April, with the winning entries selected by none other than Rewilding Britain themselves.

Why Rewilding Britain?

Rewilding Britain is a charity dedicated to the large-scale restoration of nature, helping ecosystems recover to the point where they can thrive independently once again. Their work focuses on restoring habitats, natural processes and, where appropriate, missing species, helping to rebuild nature's rich and interconnected web of life.

RVT Group is proud to have supported Rewilding Britain for several years. As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, we actively support a range of charities and projects throughout the year. Our annual photography competition not only raises funds for an important cause but also encourages colleagues to take time outdoors and connect with the natural world around them.

How Much Money Did We Raise?

Staff were asked to donate £3 per photo submission on the JustGiving page, by the end of the competition we had raised a fantastic £120, which the directors kindly topped up to £500!
