Phil Dupont

Phil Dupont joined the company in 1996, at a time when the business consisted of his father and just one other employee. From the early days of Rentavent, Phil gained hands-on experience across all areas of the business, from washing ducting and attending site visits, to carrying out installations and delivering overnight demonstrations for a national supermarket chain.

Over the course of his career, Phil has worked in and managed every department within RVT Group, giving him a deep understanding of the business, its people and its customers. He became Managing Director at the end of 2019 and has since led RVT Group through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and a subsequent period of rapid growth.

Phil is passionate about developing people and creating an environment where team members are empowered to grow, progress and improve both professionally and personally. He has strongly supported the development of RVT Group’s mission, vision, values and brand, helping to embed these principles throughout the organisation.

Throughout his career, Phil has undertaken extensive training, particularly in management and leadership development. He also supports the boards of other SMEs, sharing RVT Group’s experiences, lessons learned, successes and challenges to help other businesses survive and thrive.

In addition to his role at RVT Group, Phil has previously served as Finance Director of a regional food stores business and is currently a trustee on a Pension Trust board.
