Julian Hayward

Julian Hayward has been part of RVT Group’s business leadership team since 2005 and brings extensive experience in client-centred commercial leadership across sales, customer service and marketing.

As Sales Director, Julian has played a key role in building a high-performing sales and customer experience team that is committed to upholding RVT Group’s values and consistently doing the right thing for the customer. He is dedicated to developing strong, long-term client relationships that support mutual success and deliver lasting value.

Julian is qualified to BOHS M200 and has undertaken extensive training in sales, marketing and finance, giving him a broad and well-rounded commercial perspective. In addition to his role at RVT Group, he acts as a board advisor to other SMEs, supporting business growth and strategic development.

He also has a strong interest in people development and is actively involved in education governance, reflecting his commitment to helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential.
