Silas and the Customer Experience Team support our clients throughout their entire hire journey and ensure that they receive the RVT Green Carpet experience at every stage.  This includes varied tasks every day, from handling client requests, processing new orders and offhires or simply keeping in touch with our clients to gain valuable feedback around our products and service offerings in real time and ensure everything is working as they expect.

Silas is focused on continually improving the customer experience, whether that be the speed of response, or improving a product/process that affects our clients, to ensure our clients only receive the best.
