Biography

Alicia Parfitt has been leading RVT Group's marketing strategy for the past 8 years and sits on the company's executive team. Alicia is also a member of the ‘Health in Construction Leadership Group’ steering committee and holds BOHS W201 Occupational Hygiene Certification. Alicia has a strong background in leadership & management, and is passionate about improving occupational health through behavioural and cultural change.
