Heating Ensures School Extension is Finished on Time

A new three-classroom extension is being added to Lilliput Church of England Infant School during the summer holidays.

Challenge

The main phase of the project was completed during the Easter holiday of 2017, but a leaky roof caused wet internal site conditions, and threatened to delay the project.

Solution

An initial assessment of the problem was carried out over the phone using drawings that were supplied from the site. A solution was quickly designed, and two 120 kW heaters were dispatched to the site overnight. The heaters were installed the next morning and quickly dried out the site, allowing the project to be completed on time.
