Max's qualifications and expertise include:

• Occupational Hygiene: BOHS-certified in hazardous substances and noise control
• LEV & Hazardous Environments: P600 testing methods, DSEAR/ATEX principles
• Leadership & Strategy: ILM Level 7, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Max is currently working towards the BOHS Certificate of Compliance in Control of the Working Environment
• Max has been an integral team member at RVT Group for over 15 years, working in various departments, including operations, installations, logistics, and specialist supply to third-party providers. This experience has helped him become the hazard control expert he is today.

Max has led safety critical projects across a number of UK Naval bases and Industrial sites, here are some of his highlights:

• Managing a team of RVT Group hazard control experts at His Majesty's Naval Base (HMNB) Portsmouth, to support Type 45, Hunt Class and QE-Class platforms.
• Working with HMNB Devonport to install extraction kits for managing paint vapours.
• Providing heating systems for the Type 26 frigates at Scotstoun Commercial Shipyard operated by BAE Systems.
• Managed the supply and install of temporary high-pressure LEV systems at Stanlow Refinery, Phillips 66 Humber Refinery and Pembroke Refineries.
