Key Features and Applications

The RAVEX® Welding Control Container brings everything needed for safe, controlled welding into one relocatable unit. Fume extraction, multi-stage filtration, a dedicated workbench and on-board power are integrated within a secure, containerised workspace – ready to deploy wherever the work is.

- Mobile and self-contained: Containerised construction allows the unit to be transported and deployed at different locations.
- Adjustable extraction arm: Flexible positioning for effective fume capture at the welding point, with a hood face velocity of 3.81 m/s at a 262 mm capture distance.
- Multi-stage filtration: Spark protection, pre-filtration and high-efficiency particulate filtration to capture and filter welding fume.
- High-performance extraction: 0.5 m³/s flow rate at 1,600 Pa, with integrated duct dampers to control and regulate airflow through the ductwork.
- Integrated workbench: A dedicated work surface for welding, fabrication and repair, helping keep equipment and materials organised.
- On-board power: Integrated 10 kVA transformer, plus external electrical connections for powering compatible equipment when working outside the container.
- Lockable security shutter: Secures the unit when not in use.
- Dedicated welding workspace for carrying out welding activities within the container
