2022 Customer Survey Results

As RVT enter our 30th year, we are delighted with the positive feedback you gave us in our 2022 End of Year Customer Survey.

279 customers took the time to give us constructive feedback and offer new product ideas - and for that, we thank you.

Our survey was broken down into two sections; Innovation and Customer Service - the results are below!


Innovation

“RVT are tackling industry wide issues that require innovative thinking” - Wates Group

Product development is at the heart of what we do, and we are proud to have launched several new products over the last year that have been instrumental in protecting the health of people and the environment across the construction, civils, rail, healthcare, water industries and more. These include the Dustex® Downdraft Bench, Ravex® D2 filtration unit, Dustex® Hydramist 35GT and our EnviroHub Water Treatment range.

We asked you to rate our product innovation on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 = Poor / 10 = Excellent), and across all product ranges you gave us an average innovation score of 8.91 /10. Particularly high scores were given to our Dustex® (9.02) and Ventex® (9.04) ranges.

Some excellent suggestions for new solutions and product upgrades were also received, so watch this space!


Customer Service

As a team, we aim to offer superior service and customer support from the first to the final stage of your project. As such, we asked customers their opinions of different aspects of RVT’s service, and we are incredibly pleased to reveal the following highlights;

  • You scored us 9.11 /10 for “The quality of the technical information provided by our Consultants (Eg. on site surveys & quotes)”.
  • You scored us 9.11 /10 for “The condition of hire equipment when it arrives on site”.
  • You scored us 9.07 /10 for “The effectiveness of the solutions you have hired from RVT Group”.
  • You scored us 9.17 /10 for “RVT’s overall customer care”.

We then asked customers to rate how well they thought we fulfilled our company mission and demonstrated our values. The results were as follows;

  • 9.27 /10 for protecting people.
  • 9.15 /10 for protecting the environment.
  • 9.01 /10 for supporting health & environmental charities.
  • 9.15 /10 for "Delivering Excellence".
  • 9.07 /10 for being "Honest & Accountable".
  • 9.06 /10 for demonstrating 'Respect & Care for All".
  • 9.23 /10 for being "Enthusiastic and Positive".
  • 9.21 /10 for demonstrating a "Can do Attitude".


RVT's Annual NPS Score

Customer survey respondents also rated RVT using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) scale which produced a superb average score of 78.98%.

We also collected NPS scores over the course of 2022, which gave us an overall score of 78% from 852 responses. With the average global benchmark clocking in at 32%, and the construction industry average being 45%, we are very pleased to have scored such a high result!

Staff Recognition

In addition to our customer survey, we also run a staff survey. Every year, we ask staff to nominate who they think have best demonstrated our company values. Here are 2022’s well-deserved winners;

  • Can Do Attitude – Mark Mason (Logistics Team Leader)
  • Honest and Accountable – Silas Fleck (Customer Services Manager)
  • Positive and Enthusiastic – Emma Sweeney (Receptionist)
  • Respect and Care for All – Carol Telling (Business Development Manager)
  • Deliver Excellence – Craig Chattell (Technical Consultant)

The team also voted for RVT’s “Unsung Hero” of which there were 5 worthy winners;

  • Adiel Moro (Finance Manager)
  • Chris Dunkley (Technical Mobile Engineer)
  • Emma Sweeney (Receptionist
  • James Salt (Envirohub Service Engineer)
  • Louis Lewis (Monitoring Operations)

There were also several runners up in each category, and prizes were awarded.

Congratulations to all the winners and thank you to the entire RVT team for their immense dedication, hard work and resilience throughout 2022.
