Let’s Take a Look at The Weather Forecast for Autumn 2021

So far this year, the weather has been a little unpredictable with far more rain than any of us would have liked, and as we step into autumn we can expect it to remain turbulent. Many of us have been pleased to see some late summer sun in September, however this may be short lived as heavy rain and unsettled conditions are expected to reach us towards the end of the month. With this in mind, it is the perfect time to start thinking about construction drying-out programmes.

Effective Drying-out Programmes

Many construction sites have already experienced delays this year due to material shortages, so it is imperative that sites have an effective drying-out programme in place before the wet weather sets in to avoid further delays.

Three elements are required in order to achieve effective drying-out;

1. Warm air
2. Air movement
3. Dehumidification

When all three elements are combined, you will successfully raise the ambient temperature and reduce the relative humidity, ensuring your entire building dries out quickly and evenly. An effective heating programme is imperative as it keeps your project on track and helps to avoid costly delays.

We also offer an abundance of optional extras including; remote thermostats, temperature and relative humidity monitors, air distribution kits, dehumidifiers, site boilers, HVO fuel and spill kits.
