RVT are Officially Carbon Neutral

We are delighted to announce that we are now officially Carbon Neutral. In 2024, RVT’s scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions were calculated at 250t CO2e, and we have partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain to offset these emissions via The Woodland Fund™.

Whilst we recognise that we cannot buy our way into a greener future and will continue working with our supply chains to reduce all of our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, we are thrilled to have made this first, very important step.

Throughout 2024, we continued to work toward our goals, guided by our ESG strategy (originally launched in 2022). We experienced significant growth, gave back to the community, invested in our staff, worked to implement environmentally conscious and re-use led processes, and worked to deliver new innovative and efficient products to our customers.

We were awarded a certificate by the Mega Growth 50, recognising us as the 14th fastest growing company in Kent.
We expanded our premises, opening a brand-new 35,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Sheffield.
Our maintenance team refurbished 969 pieces of equipment, improving our resource cycle.
We launched 15 new and 2 upgraded products to customers.
We achieved an OTIF score of 89%.
97% of customer enquiries were responded to within 20 minutes.
We achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 72% against the global average of 32%.*
100% of waste from our head office was recycled.
We donated a grand total of £558,959 to charity.
We achieved a 91% Great Place to Work (GPTW) score.
We invested £236,872 in staff training.
We ran 16 free educational CPD certified webinars for customers, totalling 528 registrations.
