High Performing, Effective, Dust Control Solution

This unit is designed with a safe working environment in mind. Simply position the DustMaster® Pro outside of the sealed work area, and run the ducting and capture hood to the work area where the dust is being produced.

When the unit is switched on it will achieve an airflow of up to 2500m³ per hour (when used with 3 stages of filter media) and create a negative pressure environment. As well as this, the unit is also built with an up to 100% reliable seal to maximise the chance of zero dust migration and zero pressure loss, allowing you to continue working not just safely, but efficiently as well.

At Source Extraction

The design of this product allows the capture head to be as close to the dust source as possible, reducing the chance of it becoming airborne and becoming a health risk or contaminating areas around the work site.

Key features and applications

The DUSTEX® DustMaster® Pro unit is supplied with a 600mm x 600mm galvanised capture hood which is connected via ducting to a robust plastic moulded filter unit. Three stages of filter media sit within the plastic body, alongside a high performance mixed flow fan.

The initial filter is a grade EU4 washable filter and normally would be included as part of the kit hire price, but you can also select an EU7 filter, HEPA filter or Carbon filter depending on the application and project requirements. The filter combination can be designed and used by project teams specifically to target silica dust, aspergillus spores, RAAC dust and other harmful construction dusts.

- Filters are easy to change when full and some are washable and reusable to save on time and resource
- Features castors for ease of movement but sections of the unit can also be stacked for transportation around a project
- Modular kit, and can be used with a variety of other RVT Group solutions including DUSTEX® containment enclosures, SOUNDEX® acoustic enclosures and more
- Mixed-flow fan capable of achieving 2500m³ per hour airflow to aid the extraction process and enable teams to create negative or positive pressure environments as required
- On-tool dust extraction during construction activities such as cutting, sanding, grinding etc during maintenance and renovation projects
- Extracting dust during concrete cutting of infrastructure construction or maintenance
- Managing odours during rolling stock maintenance where work involves repainting or vapours
- Ducting allows the unit to be situated outside of the the work area, allowing for dust control in enclosed areas and confined spaces such as boilers or kilns whilst works take place inside
- Cutting or grinding activities taking place in an internal compartment on board a navy vessel.
