Welcome Natalie Reed
A warm welcome is extended to Natalie Reed who joins our Customer Support Team. Natalie comes from a customer service-centric background, so we know she'll be a delight to both customers and colleagues alike.
Working across a variety of industries, from media to retail, Natalie is enthusiastic and keen to build worthwhile and long-standing relationships with customers, and to provide beneficial equipment options that help keep workers safe and project timelines on track – all the more useful when these equipment suggestions may have been previously overlooked. This is one of the many reasons why our Customer Support Team are a valuable cog in the RVT wheel.
Natalie is excited to join our growing team. She comments,

Natalie's primary remit is as the first port of call for existing clients who require assistance on specific equipment or to place an order, as well as engaging with prospective customers by answering any queries that they may have about RVT Group and the range of equipment available. She thoroughly enjoys all sides to her role and has already got a huge sense of job satisfaction as more and more enquiries come through.
