Breathe Freely, Bristol
After a successful start to our 2017 Breakfast Roadshow earlier this summer, we're delighted to announce the second 'Breathe Freely in Construction' event being held at the historic Brunel's SS Great Britain in Bristol on the 21st September.
These free breakfast meetings are aimed at those responsible for the health and safety of site personnel within the construction industry. We're keen to learn from and support each other in our collective mission to protect the health and wellbeing of our site personnel. Something which can only be accomplished through a united effort.
Speakers from BOHS, HSE and the industry will talk about ongoing obstacles to overcome, encouraging new developments that are taking place, emerging issues, and how you can be better equipped to recognise and manage the risks on your construction sites.
As a construction worker, you are 100 times more likely to die from a disease caused by your work than you are from an accident on site.
By coming together to learn, share and create practical strategies, we can significantly reduce these numbers in the years to come.
Every life counts.
If you are responsible for the health and safety of workers in the construction industry, this is a must-attend event.
Places are limited so book your place now.
